Shipping policy
Hours of Operation:
Our hours of operation are Monday - Friday, excluding major holidays.
Order Processing:
Processing times may vary, and it may take 1-5 business days before a shipping label is created.
Processing times may be extended up to 14 days during new releases and restocks.
Orders placed on Fridays, or days we are not operating will be processed the next available business day.
All products are handmade, so we appreciate your understanding and patience as we process your order.
Shipping Speeds + Rates:
Please keep the following and our hours of operation in mind when placing an order.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout, based on the total weight of your order and shipping address,
Shipping speeds reflect the time the postal carrier takes to deliver your order, and does not include the processing times mentioned above.
Domestic Shipping:
• We ship via USPS to all 50 states. First Class Shipping is only offered on orders under sixteen ounces (1lb)
Per USPS, anything over sixteen ounces must be shipped via Priority Mail.
• Packages shipped via First Class Mail do not come with insurance and are not eligible for a refund if deemed lost.
• If your tracking number shows that your order was delivered but you cannot find it, here are some tips that help:
1. Call your local Post Office. Often times packages are accidentally marked delivered early and show up within the next few days. Majority of the time they are able to locate it!
2. Check with other residents of the household. Often someone else picks up the mail and forgets to tell you.
3. Ask your neighbors, if the mailman made a mistake its likely at the house nearby.
• We are not responsible if your package is marked delivered and is stolen, you must file a claim directly with USPS.
All missing mail claims must be filed directly through USPS and are only eligible for refunds on packages with insurance (Priority Mail)
International Shipping:
NOTE: starting 9/2021, USPS has suspended shipping to Australia due to a COVID-19 outbreak. Click here to see more details.
• Beginning 12/3/2020, we will offer International Shipping.
• Due to past issues with lost packages, we can only offer USPS Priority Mail or UPS shipping to ensure all packages have tracking and insurance in the event they become lost.
• Please allow up to 60 days for your package to be delivered. If it hasn’t arrived after 60 days of shipping (excluding processing times), please contact us here.
• All orders are Final Sale, and cannot be refunded. Orders that are deemed lost via USPS or UPS will be issued a gift card to TripleDDivas.com for the sale total amount of the original order (shipping charges are non-refundable)
*International shipments can be subject to duties and taxes depending on the Destination Country. Triple D is not responsible for any taxes or duties incurred on your package.
